Find My Zone

Within the City of Jacksonville, the Jacksonville Sheriff's Office has six police patrol zones:

  1. Zone 1 (Downtown / Springfield / Eastside)
  2. Zone 2 (Arlington / Intracoastal West)
  3. Zone 3 (Southside / Mandarin / San Marco)
  4. Zone 4 (Riverside / Avondale / Ortega / Westside)
  5. Zone 5 (Northwest / New Town / Baldwin)
  6. Zone 6 (Northside / San Mateo / Oceanway)

You can go to a substation for most non-emergency police services. For example, if you need a police report, you can go to a substation. The zone commander's office is at the substation and patrol officers, assigned to the zone, report there for roll call.
