Every day we remember those who sacrificed everything while serving and protecting our community and each Spring we pay tribute to these heroes during our annual Police Memorial Day service.

The Fallen Officers Memorial Wall which was conceived and brought to fruition by local resident, Adam Resch, as his Eagle Scout project was dedicated in 2017. The wall which is located in front of the Veterans Memorial Arena, in downtown Jacksonville, also includes additions donated by the Finker-Frenkel Family Foundation, including an interactive kiosk and life size statues.
