Pursuant to a writ of execution issued on August 5, 2025 out of the Circuit Court of Duval County, Florida, Case No. 16-2023-CA-008655-XXXX-MA, in the matter of GROUNDFLOOR JACKSONVILLE, LLC, Plaintiff vs. SUNSHINE VENTURE GROUP, LLC, DAVID C. ALLEN JR, ISRAEL ALLEN, A&L ROOFING SOLUTIONS, LLC, KLT CONSTRUCTION, INC., Defendant, I have this September 3, 2026 levied upon all the right, title and interest of the defendant, DAVID C. ALLEN JR. on the following described property:
 
Address: 2935 8th ST W 32254.
 
Description: Lot 15, Block 38, SJ Melson Addition to Jacksonville, according to the plat thereof, recorded in plat Book 5, Page 41, current public records of Duval County, Florida, together with that portion of lley closed by Ordinance 76-83-45.

On November 3, 2026, at 10am the Sheriff will sell this property, subject to all other prior liens, taxes, judgments, if any, to the highest bidder for cash in hand.  There is no time allowed to go to the bank, and only United States currency is acceptable. The sale will take place outside of the Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office Police Memorial Building, 501 East Bay Street, Jacksonville, FL 32202, at the Forsyth Street entrance. All bidders are required to register with the officer prior to the start of said sale.
