Notice is hereby given that pursuant to a writ of execution issued on November 30, 2023 out of the Circuit Court of Palm Beach County, Florida, Case No. 50-2008-CA-026517-XXXX-MB in the matter of FEDELINE NORMIL, INDIVIDUALLY, AND AS PARENT AND NATURAL GUARDIAN OF DENS PIERRE, A MINOR, Plaintiff vs. BETHESDA MEMORIAL HOSPITAL INC. LATHA SRINATH, M.D., JEANNE UY GO, M.D., GO AND GO, M.D., P.A., MARIA D. On October 7, 2026 at 1000 AM the Sheriff will sell this property, subject to all other prior liens, taxes, judgments, if any, to the highest bidder for cash in hand.  There is no time allowed to go to the bank, and only United States currency is acceptable. The sale will take place outside of the Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office Police Memorial Building, 501 East Bay Street, Jacksonville, FL 32202, at the Forsyth Street entrance. All bidders are required to register with the officer prior to the start of said sale.
