Notice is hereby given that pursuant to a writ of execution issued on June 1, 2026 out of the Circuit Court of Duval County, Florida, Case No. 16-2026-CA-000981-AXXX-MA, in the matter of JENNIFER MONIELLO A/K/A JENNIFER WISENBAKER, Plaintiff vs. CHARLES BOYER, Defendant, the Sheriff of Duval County, Florida has levied upon all the right, title and interest of CHARLES BOYER on the following described property:
  
                                                  2016 BLACK MERCEDES BENZ E400 2-DOOR CONVERTIBLE. NO KEY. UNKNOWN MILEAGE.

On September 2, 2026 at 10am the Sheriff will sell this property, subject to all other prior liens, taxes, judgments, if any, to the highest bidder for cash in hand.  There is no time allowed to go to the bank, and only United States currency is acceptable. The sale will take place outside of the Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office Property & Evidence Building, 829 Haines Street, Jacksonville, FL 32206, in the fenced, secured area. The property may be viewed 30 minutes prior and needs to be removed immediately afterwards. All bidders are required to register with the officer prior to the start of said sale.
