Pursuant to a writ of execution issued on March 24, 2024 out of the Circuit Court of Duval County, Florida, Case No. 16-2022-CA-000956-XXXX-MA, in the matter of THE CEI GROUP INC A PENNSYLVANIA CORPORATION AS SUBROGEE OF AGILITI HEALTH INC, Plaintiff vs. RAUL ALBERTO CHACON and MARTIN VILLEGAS ARISTA, jointly and severally Defendant(s), Defendant, I have this March 26, 2026 levied upon all the right, title and interest of the defendant, RAUL ALBERTO CHACON on the following described property:

On May 6, 2026 at 10:00AM the Sheriff will sell this property, subject to all other prior liens, taxes, judgments, if any, to the highest bidder for cash in hand. There is no time allowed to go to the bank, and only United States currency is acceptable. The sale will take place outside of the Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office Property & Evidence Building, 829 Haines Street, Jacksonville, FL 32206, in the fenced, secured area. The property may be viewed 30 minutes prior and needs to be removed immediately afterwards. All bidders are required to register with the officer prior to the start of said sale.
