Notice is hereby given that pursuant to a writ of execution issued on May 12, 2025 out of the Circuit Court of Palm Beach County, Florida, Case No. 50-2007-CA-004815-XXXX-MB, in the matter of ALIETTE ST. FLEUR and MOISES LOUIS, Plaintiff vs. MICHELINE JOSEPH AKA MICHELINE KERNIZAN and WYLMA JOSEPH, Defendant, the Sheriff of Duval County, Florida has levied upon all the right, title and interest of WYLMA JOSEPH on the following described property:

Property Address: 6069 MAGGIES CIRCLE #107, JACKSONVILLE, FL 32244

Unit 4-7 of Nature's Hideaway, a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, recorded in Official Records Book 12275, Page(s) 1975. of the Public Records of Duval County. Florida, and any amendments thereto, together with its undivided share in the common elements.

On January 14, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. the Sheriff will sell this property, subject to all other prior liens, taxes, judgments, if any, to the highest bidder for cash in hand. There is no time allowed to go to the bank, and only United States currency is acceptable. The sale will take place outside of the Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office Police Memorial Building, 501 East Bay Street, Jacksonville, FL 32202, at the Forsyth Street entrance. All bidders are required to register with the officer prior to the start of said sale.
