Notice is hereby given that pursuant to a writ of execution issued on August 4, 2025 out of the County Court of Duval County, Florida, Case No. 16-2006-CC-07045, in the matter of CACV of Colorado, LLC, Plaintiff vs. Terry L Johnson, Defendant, the Sheriff of Duval County, Florida has levied upon all the right, title and interest of Terry L Johnson on the following described property:

Legal Description: Part of the NE1/4 of the SE1/4 of Section 20, Township 3 South, Range 24 East and more particularly described as commencing at the Northeast comer of said NE 1/4 of SE 1/4, Section 20, Township 3 South, Range 24 East and run thence West 417.4 feet; thence South 208.7 feet to the point of beginning; thence continue South 208.7 feet; thence East 208.7 feet; thence North 208.7 feet, thence West 208.7 feet to the point of beginning.

On January 14, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. the Sheriff will sell this property, subject to all other prior liens, taxes, judgments, if any, to the highest bidder for cash in hand.  There is no time allowed to go to the bank, and only United States currency is acceptable. The sale will take place outside of the Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office Police Memorial Building, 501 East Bay Street, Jacksonville, FL 32202, at the Forsyth Street entrance. All bidders are required to register with the officer prior to the start of said sale.
