Notice is hereby given that pursuant to a writ of execution issued on August 4, 2025 out of the County Court of Duval County, Florida, Case No. 16-2006-CC-07045, in the matter of CACV of Colorado, LLC, Plaintiff vs. Terry L Johnson, Defendant, the Sheriff of Duval County, Florida has levied upon all the right, title and interest of Terry L Johnson on the following described property:

There is no time allowed to go to the bank, and only United States currency is acceptable. The sale will take place outside of the Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office Police Memorial Building, 501 East Bay Street, Jacksonville, FL 32202, at the Forsyth Street entrance.
