Notice is hereby given that pursuant to a writ of execution issued on February 25, 2025 out of the County Court of Duval County, Florida, Case No. 16-2022-CC-017823, in the matter of JPC CONSTRUCTION AND BUILDING MAINTENANCE, LLC, A FLORIDA LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY, Plaintiff vs. DOUGLAS MCCLENDON AND MCCLENDON & ASSOCIATES LLC, A FLORIDA LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY, Defendant, the Sheriff of Duval County, Florida has levied upon all the right, title and interest of MCCLENDON & ASSOCIATES LLC on the following described property:
 
LOT 21, BISHOP HOMES REPLAT, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 20, PAGE 11 OF THE CURRENT PUBLIC RECORDS OF DUVAL COUNTY FLORIDA

On October 22, 2025 at 10:00 AM the Sheriff will sell this property, subject to all other prior liens, taxes, judgments, if any, to the highest bidder for cash in hand.  There is no time allowed to go to the bank, and only United States currency is acceptable. The sale will take place outside of the Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office  Police Memorial Building, 501 East Bay Street, Jacksonville, FL 32202, at the Forsyth Street entrance. All bidders are required to register with the officer prior to the start of said sale.
