Notice is hereby given that pursuant to a writ of execution issued on October 4, 2021 out of the County Court of Duval County, Florida, Case No. Case 2009-CC-12368 , in the matter of Florida Credit Solutions, LLC., Plaintiff vs. Teodulo Pangan, Defendant, the Sheriff of Duval County, Florida has levied upon all the right, title and interest of, Teodulo Pangan AKA Teodulo Ursua Pangan Jr. in the following property:

On May 10, 2023 at 10:00 a.m. the Sheriff will sell this property, pursuant to all other liens, taxes, judgments, or encumbrances whatsoever, to the highest bidder for cash in hand. There is no time allowed to go to the bank, and only United States currency is acceptable. The sale will take place on the paved lot within the fenced, secured area of the Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office Property & Evidence building, 829 Haines Street, Jacksonville, Florida 32206. The above-described property may be viewed 30 minutes prior to sale and will need to be removed immediately after the sale. All bidders are required to register with the officer prior to the start of said sale.
