In June 2025, Jacksonville Sheriff's Office (JSO) Homicide Unit detectives investigated a deadly shooting in a restaurant parking lot at the intersection of Southside Boulevard and Touchton Road. The victim, 38-year-old Kenneth Mobley was days away from celebrating his 39th
birthday.
Detectives quickly identified
Josiah Martinez, 24, as the gunman; he was arrested last month and remains in jail facing a Murder charge.
Detectives continued to investigate and connected 24-year-old Natania Ribot as the driver of the vehicle Martinez left in from the scene.
Earlier this week, detectives interviewed Ribot and arrested her for Accessory After the Fact (a felony) in this murder. She is behind bars in the John E. Goode Pretrial Detention Facility (Duval County jail).
