More Than 7K Potentially Lethal Doses of Fentanyl, Other Drugs Seized in Magnolia Gardens Motel Bust
More deadly drugs are off the streets of Jacksonville after Narcotics Unit detectives removed more than 7,000 potentially fatal doses of Fentanyl and other illicit drugs from a bust in the Magnolia Gardens area.
Jacksonville Sheriff's Office (JSO) detectives learned the suspect, 32-year-old Allen Johnson, was selling drugs at a motel off Edgewood Avenue. Detectives worked to build evidence against Johnson and receive a search warrant for his room at the motel. At one point during the investigation, Johnson moved to a different motel off Edgewood Avenue, continuing to sell drugs from the new room. Detectives didn’t give up and received a search warrant for his room, and on Friday, May 15, JSO's Narcotics Unit and our SWAT Team served the warrant.
The following was discovered:

- 333.9 grams of Cathinone
- 50.9 grams of Powder Cocaine
- 22.8 grams of Crack Cocaine
- 20 grams of Methamphetamine
