On Wednesday, April 15, 2026, in the midst of National Public Safety Telecommunicators Week, the Jacksonville Sheriff's Office (JSO) released the latest episode of "Inside JSO" focused on the agency's Communications Center personnel.

Inside JSO is the official podcast of the Jacksonville (FL) Sheriff’s Office. Too often, stories about law enforcement and the agency are told from the outside looking in. Now, JSO is opening the doors and giving citizens a seat at the table.
