June 30, 2026 - The Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office (JSO) has received multiple complaints about Tipsy, a bar off Edgewood Avenue. Those complaints included the bar serving alcohol to minors, serving after 2 a.m., and violence happening at the bar. Officers have responded to two shootings as well
