Officers Rescue Toddler Locked Inside Vehicle
March 13, 2026 - On Monday, March 2, 2026, Officers Shawn Crocker and Phil Massicotte responded to River City Marketplace after a toddler was accidentally locked inside a car with the keys inside. The mother immediately called for help, and officers arrived within five minutes.
