Abandoned / Junk Vehicle Complaint Form

This form is to report wrecked, inoperative or partially dismantled vehicles placed or left unattended on public property. Examples: Vehicle left parked with no license plate. Vehicle with no tires left on side of the road.

Wrecked, inoperative or partially dismantled vehicles placed or left on private property can be reported by calling 904.630.CITY or by visiting https://myjax.custhelp.com.

Pursuant to Florida State Statute 119 all correspondence with the JSO is public record. Exceptions occur when information is shared as part of a criminal investigation, internal investigation or contains criminal intelligence.
