District 3 Substation Begins Relocation Process
The District 3 Substation located at 8875 Liberty Ridge Drive, Suite 110, Jacksonville, FL 32256, will close starting Thursday, October 15, 2026, as the agency relocates the substation to a new facility.
JSO's Public Services Building / District 1 Substation, located at 450 Magnolia Street, Jacksonville, FL 32204, as well as
District Substations 2, 4, 5 and 6 will remain open for the entirety of the move, so there will be no lapse in JSO public services. Substation hours are Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Section 286.0105, Florida Statutes states that if a person decides to appeal any decision made by a board, agency, or commission with respect to any matter considered at a meeting or hearing, he or she will need a record of the proceedings, and that, for such purpose, he may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.
