Wrecked, inoperative or partially dismantled vehicles placed or left unattended on public property should be reported to the JSO.

Wrecked, inoperative or partially dismantled vehicles placed or left private property can be reported by calling (904) 630-CITY or by clicking here.
 
Examples: Vehicle left parked with no license plate. Vehicle with no tires left on the side of the road.
