Notice is hereby given that pursuant to a writ of execution issued on May 12, 2023 out of the County Court of Duval County, Florida, Case No. 08-CC-11276, in the matter of Markone Financial, LLC F/K/A Universal Motor Credit, LLC, Plaintiff vs. Katrina L. Mickens A/K/A Katina L. Mickens, Defendant, the Sheriff of Duval County, Florida has levied upon all the right, title and interest of Katrina L. Mickens A/K/A Katina L. Mickens on the following described property:

5007 Appleton Ave., Jacksonville, FL 32210
Lot 21, Block 98, Plat of Section No. 8 of Lake Shore, a subdivision according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 10, Page 7, of the Public Records of Duval County, Florida Parcel ID Number: 095034-0000

On November 29, 2023 at 10:00 A.M. the Sheriff will sell this property, subject to all other prior liens, taxes, judgments, if any, to the highest bidder for cash in hand. There is no time allowed to go to the bank, and only United States currency is acceptable. The sale will take place outside of the Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office Police Memorial Building, 501 East Bay Street, Jacksonville, FL 32202, at the Forsyth Street entrance. All bidders are required to register with the officer prior to the start of said sale.
