Notice is hereby given that Pursuant to a writ of execution issued on June 27, 2023 out of the Circuit Court of Duval County, Florida, Case No. 16-2018-CA-006110, in the matter of Credibly of Arizona, LLC, an Arizona limited liability company, Plaintiff vs. Max Freight Inc., and Elvir Mehmedovic, an individual, Defendant, the Sheriff of Duval County, Florida has levied upon all the right, title and interest of Elvir Mehmedovic on the following described property:

A parcel of land being a part of the Southwest 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4 and part of the Southeast 1/4 of the Southwest 1/4 of Section 27, Township 3 South, Range 27 East, Duval County, Florida and being more particularly described as follows: Commence for a point of reference at the Northeast corner of lands described in Official Records Volume 5581, Page 1194, of the current Public Records of said County, said point lying on the Southeasterly Right of Way line of Elinor Road (A 50 foot Right of Way as now established), thence South 59° 15' West along said Southeasterly Right of Way line 200.0 feet to the Point of Beginning, thence South 30° 46' 00" East 89.3 feet, thence South 59° 15' 00" West 5.0 feet, thence South 30° 46' 00" East 59.87 feet, thence North 59° 15' 00" East 8.08 feet, thence South 30° 46' 00" East 52.41 feet to the Southeasterly line of lands described in said Official Records Volume 5581, Page 1194, thence South 59° 15' West along said Southeasterly line 423.12 feet to the Southwesterly line of said lands, thence North 2° 57' 00" West along said Southwesterly line 227.88 feet to the Southeasterly Right of Way line of said Elinor Road, thence North 59° 15' East along said Southeasterly Right of Way line 313.70 feet to the Point of Beginning. Excepting therefrom any part lying in Road Right of Way, and those lands as described in Official Records Book 6934, Page 1640, of the Public Records of Duval County, Florida.      Parcel Id 148648-0010

On September 14, 2023 at 10:00 a.m. the Sheriff will sell this property, subject to all other prior liens, taxes, judgments, if any, to the highest bidder for cash in hand.  There is no time allowed to go to the bank, and only United States currency is acceptable. The sale will take place outside of the Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office Police Memorial Building, 501 East Bay Street, Jacksonville, FL 32202, at the Forsyth Street entrance. All bidders are required to register with the officer prior to the start of said sale.
